In a Nutshell

Author of various novel series. Educator of Computer Classes. Web Developer of many languages. Entrepreneur of many business. Overall: a man of many talents.

Author

The story of stories started with a challenge: write 50,000 words in 30 days. I took it. Back in November of 2013, I started writing my first novel, Night Blade: Dawn of Discovery. I was unemployed and needed something to do, so I started writing.

22 days and 60,000 words later, the first novel was completed, and the process had begun.

Web Developer

HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, jQuery, Java, Ruby on Rails, Python, bash, Haskell, Clojure, C++, Visual Basic...you name it, chances are I can do it.

Back in 2001, I started my first coding class: Visual Basic. I then moved onto C++, and then into HTML, and ran with it.

By the way, the code you're seeing is from a version of Pong in Python I created

Entrepreneur

I've always had the entrepreneurial spirit. I started selling Happy Rocks back in 1997 during my dad's plant sales. After my discovery of computers, I decided to start my own computer business: Kaiba Software. That lasted about 4 years during high school. I then started Shadow Development while in college, along with EPiC Venture Enterprises, Lunar Productions, and a few others, but had to close all of those over the course of a decade, except for Lunar Productions, which is the publishing company that helps publish my novels.

I now run Lunar Productions and Q5 Industries, a small consulting firm and SaaS development, creating such services as Keio, ListFlare, FridgeNinja, and DrinkNinja.

Educator

In 2014, I was recruited by AB Tech to teach some computer classes. I teach courses in Operating Systems and Web Markup, more of the latter.

Anything Else?

Um...where to start?
